About

“Our lives are shaped not only by what happens to us but by what we tell ourselves in those moments.”

The author

Kiran Ale is an Oracle Database and Applications expert with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry — a career built on precision, focus and resilience.

Alongside that technical work, he writes practical and reflective books that explore attention, behaviour, and the way modern life shapes the human mind. His work focuses on simplifying complex ideas into clear, usable insights — helping readers navigate distraction, regain clarity, and build a more intentional way of living.

Beyond technology, he has a deep interest in the human mind: how thoughts shape our resilience, and how reflection and awareness can anchor us in difficult times. When not working with technology, he enjoys exploring philosophy, fitness, and meditation practices.

What it is about

The Inner Kernel is about the part of you that decides: thought, feeling, attention, and the resilience built on top of them.

Thought becomes feeling. Feeling becomes belief. Belief becomes a life. Each of these books interrupts that chain at a different point — Anchor at the moment, Digital Reset at the input, DOUBT at the mechanism.

Every line in the films and on this site is taken from the books themselves — selected and trimmed, never rewritten.

The three books

Anchor Your Mind

A field manual for the moment you are in.

One situation per chapter and six moves through it: what is happening, what to think, what is true, a note, something to picture, and one line to keep. Built to be opened at the page you need rather than read front to back.

56 films

Digital Reset

Attention, and who is spending it.

Notifications, comparison, and the slow loss of focus. Short and direct, each chapter closing on a reset thought and a single practice small enough to actually do.

24 films

DOUBT

The mechanism behind most fear.

Doubt traced from its birth as a question through the body, through relationships, out into the wider world -- and then the work of rising above it.
